For many thousand years, the ancient peoples of the Andes have practiced rituals and ceremonies to honor and gain favors from their Gods. Those practices were related with their nature and their environment. Following these rituals, people offered and received (called Ayni or Reciprocity) the protection and blessing of different deities. During this process they practiced various techniques in order to get in touch with the different forces from the underworld, living world and upper world.
