Such is my personal background: My name is Alvaro Sabogal,i was born in Perú and I am the partner of this enterprise with the association of local comunities. My 16 years of work in different areas and levels of tourism --such as adventure, nature, cultural and traditional- has led me to places like Peru, Chile, Costa Rica and California. I hold a degree in Tourism Administration and I am an officially certified tour guide; in addition to that, I possess another degree in Tourism and studies in Inca History. I have participated in several courses specializing in natural, botanical and ornithological studies, as well as water and mountain rescue training( as well all our local guides). I am presently completing a degree in Sustainable Tourism and Ecology. I am already availing myself of the opportunity of putting into practice methods and techniques of sustainable tourism in the communities that we visit. Also our staff is trained in all the areas and fields of our ecological adventures. Among them many have experience, studies and courses in different aspects of our environment, culture, history, nature and adventure. We work with local communities and local People.Our staff is composed by some of Our local Guides, Cooks, Porters, Horse Handlers, Drivers and local people that is coming from different areas of Cusco and Perú. As well we support local bussines and local markets and other people who work indirectly with the tourist industry.,local markets.services in general.
Diana León
She was born in Cusco. She went to school and graduated as an official tour guide. Beside that she did work as trekking guide, naturalist and also training to become a River rafting guide. Now she does work in Machu Picchu leading groups around this beautiful sacred City.
She took some courses in first aid like all our local tour guides as well.She is also a historical tour guide in several arqueological sites.
She was born in Cusco. She went to school and graduated as an official tour guide. Beside that she did work as trekking guide, naturalist and also training to become a River rafting guide. NESTOR Fernandez
He is original from Cusco, came from the Andean world. He did study in the institute tourism to become a tour guide. Beside that he developed some others skills, becoming also a naturalist and ecoadventures guide. He also is River guide and great hiker and mountain bike guide. He had a great sense of humor and what people are looking for which is sensitive to to any request according to the situation. Presently he continues studiing to the different field’s related with the tourism and ecoadventures trips. He had already 8 years working in different places .He also has courses and specializations in safety water rescue and natural environments.

He was one of the first guides from Cusco that we did share our knowledge and passion for what we do. He became a tour guide after graduating from the institute with a grade as a tour guide. Beside that he did born in Cusco and fell very proud of that.He spreaded his curiosity around to the point that now he is not only studied tourism, he had developed some other skills in Kayaking, river rafting guide, mountain bike and trekking. He has about 7 years experience. Also took courses in water rescue technician, rescue III.
He presently continues developing different skills and shares his passion with others.

DAVID QUISPE
He was born in Cusco. He learned and became a River guide first.
Took several courses in Water rescue technician and he is strongly dedicates to the eco adventures trips, seriuosly, but enthusiastic in what he does.He continues now working in the ecoadventures activities and river rafting trips.

ALBERTO BROU
Original from Lima, Peru he did move to Cusco in order to work first in the hotels administration. Later he became interested in River rafting who took him to learn all the skills and working as a head guide, comanding several expeditions. Presently he is working as a river guide, mountain bike guide and also trekking guide in the different Alternative Inca trails . Another River rafter addicted.

Our porters are coming from different communities like Willoq, Patacancha,Lares.They are original farmers who you can get to know during the expeditions and practice your quechua lenguage as well with Juan Quispe ,Faustino,Lorenzo Huaman Willka,Julio,Sinforoso,Anastacio and others menbers of this great team.
